1) How long is the waiting time?

-Waiting time is 2-3 weeks after batch ends, which includes arranging of items and mailling.There will be delay too.

 

2) Why is there no measurement charts?

-Because measurement charts are not accurate, so we don't provide them, this is to avoid complaints.

 

3) What if the sizes are different from what we expect?

-The sizes are not 100% accurate, there will be a few cm larger or smaller from the exact size.

 

4) How do we order?

-Order from the website and we will sent you a confirmation email within 3 days.

 

5) Why we can't order through texting and carousell?

-We will miss out orders, it will be easier for us to take down orders when the orders are sent to our email.
